Shipping Policies

Please be advised that orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of order. Express orders are processed within  one (1) business day, not including holidays.
Packages are shipped through USPS or UPS and does not always require a signature when received, if you placed an order and would like your package to be sent with signature required, please send us an email requesting that within 1 hour after order was placed or kindly attached a note in the special instructions box when placing the order. Failure to do so will result in the package being sent WITHOUT signature required. 

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERING A PRE-ORDER ITEM WILL RESULT IN SHIPPING DELAYS AS ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED AT  A FUTURE DATE.

Please note that Label x Lee LLC ships all international packages "Delivery Duties and Fees UNPAID". This means that any custom duties, taxes and or brokerage fees are not charged by Label x Lee LLC and is the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery or pickup. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Label x Lee LLC, we will not resend your package, instead we will issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order ( not including shipping fee). 
Label x Lee LLC is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by weather, unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping address provided,( the shipping address that the customer enters at checkout, will be the address we ship to). 
Supporting documentation may be required if your billing address is different from your shipping address. Any knowledge of credit card fraud will be handed over to the proper authorities and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent. 
Please be aware that once we ship a package and provide tracking, we are not liable for the lost or theft of that package in the unfortunate event that, that should happen. If such a matter should arise please make all queries with the shipping Company that was used. 
Free shipping only applies to Domestic Orders valued at $100 or more. 
 
Shipping to Jamaica 

We welcome our Jamaican Customers and supporters to shop with us. Another alternative from shipping directly to the Jamaica is to sign up to local couriers i.e Unionone, ShipMe , SSMC or any other courier service that is most convenient to you that offers these services to Jamaica. Once you sign up with these couriers they will provide a US based shipping address, that you will provide as your shipping address at checkout. Once that package gets to that facility they will ship to Jamaica and provide you with a location for pickup. Label x Lee LLC is not responsible for any additional fees  that might incur once package is shipped from our shipping department, nor are we responsible for any service fees, couriers or custom taxes.
